Katrina McFadden is Senior Vice President, People at Canada Packers. She leads the company's people strategy, overseeing human resources, talent development, compensation, health and
safety, and organizational effectiveness. With more than 25 years of HR leadership across manufacturing and consumer packaged goods, Katrina brings deep experience to her role.
Katrina previously served as Chief People Officer at Organigram Holdings Inc., a publicly traded cannabis producer, where she led the people integration for the company's largest acquisition. Before Organigram, she was Vice President, Human Resources at Weston Foods, leading HR for more than 5,000 employees across 31 manufacturing facilities in North America.
Katrina spent two decades at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, rising to CHRO for a 5,000-employee integrated steel plant. During her tenure, she delivered five consecutive years of Top 100 Employer recognition in Canada. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business. She serves on
the Board of Directors for Halton Health Care Services and Milton Hydro, where she chairs the Compensation Committee.
