Dennis Organ

Dennis Organ is President and Chief Executive Officer at Canada Packers, a leading producer of sustainably raised pigs. In this role, Dennis is responsible for leading the company’s value creation and advancing its strategic objectives, with particular emphasis on executing its integrated sustainable fresh pork strategy globally. Canada Packers will offer investors direct access to one of the world’s foremost, premium value-added pork producers with a clear vision for growth, while delivering industry-leading financial performance.

Dennis previously served as the President of the Pork Complex at Maple Leaf Foods, a position he held since 2023. He is a distinguished industry executive with more than 29 years of experience in the food industry, including 11 years with Smithfield Foods, where he held a variety of key roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to this, Dennis held lead roles at SpartanNash and Sherwood Food Distributors. As an Operating Partner, he assisted with key acquisitions for KKR & Co. Inc. and Atlas Industries Holdings LLC. He serves as Chairman of the Board at BinSentry, which provides supply chain optimization and execution software (SAAS) for the feed industry. He also served as a member of the boards of directors of numerous companies in the food, supply chain, and financial services sectors.

Dennis holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
