delivering premium, sustainable pork products.
Andrew most recently served as Head of Commercial Supply Chain Operations for Ferrero USA, where he directed manufacturing, procurement, and external partnerships. Previously, he managed L'Oréal's North American manufacturing and engineering functions, as well as its operations strategy. He built his professional
foundation during a 17-year tenure at Mars, holding various leadership positions across the value chain with international assignments in the United States, Asia, and Australia.
Throughout his career, Andrew has focused on building high-performing teams and driving organizational value through integrated business planning, digital innovation, and sustainability initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
