Leah Stemeroff

Vice President, Strategy and Sustainability

Leah Stemeroff is Vice President, Strategy and Sustainability at Canada Packers. In this role, she leads the development and execution of the company's enterprise-wide strategy, aligning growth priorities with capital allocation decisions and embedding sustainability into how the business plans, operates and reports.

Leah joins Canada Packers from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was a Principal in the retail practice. Over five years, she advised some of Canada's largest retailers on complex transformations, long-term enterprise strategy and profitability improvement initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Leah helped expand an off-grid energy social enterprise in Zambia, an experience that reinforced her belief that commercial strategy, sustainability and execution are most effective when they work together.
